Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to receive treatments at our clinic

Medical Disclaimer

Amiré Aesthetics & Wellness Inc. provides non-surgical aesthetic and regenerative treatments. While our treatments are performed by certified professionals using clinically validated methods, the following must be understood:

No Medical Diagnosis

Nothing on our website or in any consultation constitutes a medical diagnosis. Always consult your primary care physician or a licensed medical doctor before beginning any new treatment program, especially if you have existing health conditions.

Treatment Risks

• All medical procedures carry inherent risks, even minimally invasive ones
• Possible side effects will be discussed in full during your consultation
• Allergic reactions, bruising, swelling, or discomfort may occur

FDA Notice

Some regenerative treatments such as stem cell and exosome therapies are not yet FDA-approved for all aesthetic applications. We use only clinically studied protocols and will fully inform you of the regulatory status of each treatment during your consultation.

Emergency Situations

In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately. Our clinic is not an emergency medical facility. If you experience any adverse reactions following treatment, contact our clinic immediately or seek emergency care.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that schedules change. However, last-minute cancellations affect our ability to serve other patients. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Appointment Cancellations

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule — no penalty
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Less than 24 hours notice: Full session fee charged
• No-show: Full session fee charged, deposit forfeited

Treatment Package Refunds

• Unused sessions in a package may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
• Partially used packages are refunded on a pro-rated basis minus a 15% administrative fee
• No refunds are issued after 90 days from the purchase date
• Package sessions are non-transferable to other individuals

Consultation Fees

Initial consultations at Amiré Aesthetics are complimentary and FREE of charge. There is no fee for your first 30-minute consultation. If you choose to proceed with treatment, any applicable deposits will be discussed at that time.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule to avoid impacting other patients. The full session fee will still apply.
